Vienes aquí por las ruinas y el mar, con Roma centro a media hora en tren.This strip belongs to Rome's Municipio X, between the city and the Tyrrhenian Sea on the way to Ostia. Its jewel is Ostia Antica: the port of imperial Rome, today a vast archaeological site with streets, baths, warehouses and a standing Roman theater, comparable to Pompeii but a step from the capital. Castel Fusano adds a large coastal stone-pine forest and the beach edge. Acilia is the residential area tying it together. You come for the ruins and the sea, with central Rome half an hour away by train.
