It's a car town: Chrysler (now Stellantis) runs a major plant here, and trucks and workers cross the US border daily via the Ambassador Bridge and the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel. It has a long riverfront looking straight at the Detroit skyline, the University of Windsor, Caesars Windsor casino, and a whisky heritage: the Hiram Walker distillery, home of Canadian Club, has stood here since the 19th century.
