Heihe es una ciudad fronteriza del extremo norte de Heilongjiang, en China, asentada en la ribera del río Amur (Heilong Jiang). Heihe's whole identity revolves around that crossing, with trade, markets and Russian visitors flowing both ways. Winters here are brutal, and the river freezes solid enough to cross on the ice.
