Ojo: Heads up: Kirguistán es de los países más abiertos de Asia Central, pero el trato depende mucho de tu pasaporte: no asumas que entras sin visa solo porque un blog lo dice. Comprueba tu nacionalidad concreta en la lista oficial antes de comprar el vuelo, y entra al portal de e-Visa solo desde el enlace del sitio del gobierno: circulan muchas webs intermediarias que cobran de más. Ojo también con las zonas fronterizas (frontera con China, Tayikistán y partes de la región de Batken): ciertas áreas piden permiso especial y ha habido tensiones fronterizas ocasionales.Kyrgyzstan is one of the most open countries in Central Asia, but treatment depends heavily on your passport: don't assume visa-free entry just because a blog says so. Check your specific nationality on the official list before booking, and reach the e-Visa portal only through the government site's own link — plenty of middleman sites overcharge. Also mind border zones (the Chinese and Tajik borders, and parts of Batken region): some areas need a special permit and there have been occasional border tensions.
