Ojo: Heads up: Dos cosas que Kuwait sí aplica en serio: la lista de nacionalidades con derecho a eVisa es corta y varias latinoamericanas no aparecen en ella (tendrías que ir por patrocinador o consulado), así que verifica tu pasaporte antes de nada; y el alcohol está totalmente prohibido, meterlo en la maleta es delito, no una multa. Kuwait también ha suspendido y reactivado la emisión de visas de visita en distintos momentos: confirma en el portal oficial que estén abiertas antes de comprar vuelos.Two things Kuwait genuinely enforces: the eVisa-eligible nationality list is short and several Latin American passports are not on it (you would need a sponsor or a consulate), so check yours first; and alcohol is completely banned — bringing it in is a criminal offence, not a fine. Kuwait has also suspended and restarted visit-visa issuance at different times, so confirm on the official portal that they are open before booking flights.
