Ghana has expanded visa-free entry for African passports; with a Latin American passport you will normally still need a visa, and it is worth confirming the current procedure and fee directly with the Ghana Immigration Service or the embassy. Ghana is a stable country, but several governments advise against travel to the northern border areas with Burkina Faso.
