Noruega no tiene visa de nómada digital en la Noruega continental. La vía más parecida para un no-europeo es el permiso de residencia como autónomo (selvstendig næringsdrivende): está pensado para que montes y operes un negocio propio EN Noruega (con clientes/actividad en el país), no para teletrabajar remoto para empresas de fuera. Exige que seas trabajador cualificado y que un contador autorizado certifique que el negocio te dará ingreso suficiente. Ojo con el atajo real: Svalbard (archipiélago ártico) permite vivir y trabajar sin visa bajo el Tratado de Svalbard, pero es caro, remoto, sin red social y no da residencia en el continente.Mainland Norway has no digital nomad visa. The closest route for a non-European is the self-employed residence permit (selvstendig næringsdrivende): it's designed for you to set up and run your own business IN Norway (with activity/clients in the country), not to work remotely for foreign companies. It requires you to be a skilled worker and to have a licensed accountant certify that the business will generate enough income to support you. Note the real loophole: Svalbard (the Arctic archipelago) lets you live and work with no visa under the Svalbard Treaty — but it's expensive, remote, has no social safety net and grants no mainland residency.

La regla madre: este permiso es SOLO para ciudadanos de fuera de la UE/EEE/Suiza. Si tienes pasaporte de la UE, del EEE (incluye Islandia, Liechtenstein) o de Suiza, NO necesitas este permiso ni ningún otro: tienes libertad de circulación y solo te registras con la policía y en el registro nacional al llegar. What changes from one passport to another is: (1) whether you need a Schengen visa to travel and attend appointments; (2) whether your country is in the Hague Convention (apostille) or requires consular legalization of your documents; (3) which Norwegian embassy/consulate or VFS Global centre is competent for you.
